Account types, permissions and roles

Your account type and permissions or roles determine which Server Backup - Public Cloud tasks you can perform.

If you started a Server Backup trial or subscription from Webroot or from the Management Console, your account type and permissions in the Management Console determine which tasks you can perform. See Management Console account types and permissions.

Management Console account types and permissions

If you are a Super Admin in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) view in the Management Console, you can do the following:

If you are a Secure Cloud user who does not have Administrator permissions, you cannot view or manage Server Backup trials, subscriptions, devices, policies, or storage.
